Our customer: a Canadian company needed assistance in producing their product in US and apply for FDA approval.
What we did:

Selected appropriate suppliers and negotiated a confidentiality agreement written by us

Assisted the suppliers with the prototype and helped our customer with the medical testing

Assisted our customer to apply for FDA approval

Negotiated the supplier contract for our customer

Prepared the packaging and the marketing with the supplier

Found the distribution channel and negotiated the sales contract

Hired an account manager to manage the business in the US
Results:
Our customer started to sell his product with success. He considered developing the product into a capsule for a new product. However, after conducting our market research, we suggested developing into a soft chew with an organic chocolate flavor. The customer was amazed with the result and his product sales turned a profit within a very short time.

Business development in North and South America - Industry field
Our customer: a French company who produce and sell products in the industry field.
What we did:

Adapted the design to the US market of all the product ranges

Protected their new product with an international patent

Created their US Website and handled the marketing for the South American market.

Hired a manager for their American market and the sales team

Trained the team and assisted them in their business development

Aided the company in managing their inventory with Kanban process
Results:​
A team was created trained and able to develop the business in America with a successful first product show in Vegas. The product inventory to supply the US market was created with a delivery in less than 8 hours for the most demanding customers.

Engineer for automobile industry
Our customer is an European company with a branch in the US.
What we did:

Met with the company to understand their needs

Prepared the job description and (after customer approval) advertised the opening

Researched the best candidates (database, social media and networking)

We analyzed 167 resumes and selected 20 candidates for a phone interview.

Interviewed 8 candidates selected from the 20 (each candidate had an interview with 3 different consultant and our psychologist)

Recommended 3 candidates by priority to our customer

Interviewed the last 3 candidates again with our customer

Followed up for 3 months
Results:
